Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1โ5 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may be longer during:
- holidays
- product launches
- high-volume periods
- preorder campaigns
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Preorder Items
Some products sold on our store are offered as preorders.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- preorder items may take up to 2 months to be processed and shipped;
- shipping and delivery dates for preorder items are estimates only and are not guaranteed;
- delays may occur due to manufacturing, supplier, customs, or carrier issues outside of our control;
- preorder items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where required by law.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, we may ship the items together once the preorder item becomes available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- package weight
- shipping method selected
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- carrier delays
- customs clearance
- weather conditions
- regional service disruptions
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- VAT fees
- other international shipping charges imposed by their country
MetaVault is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
MetaVault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If you experience an issue with your shipment, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
MetaVault is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
