At MetaVault, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Preorders — Final Sale

Some products sold on our website are offered as preorders. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All preorder sales are final
  • Preorder items cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded
  • Please allow up to 2 months for preorder items to be processed and shipped
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production or carrier delays

Please review your order carefully before completing your preorder purchase.

Standard Return Policy

For non-preorder items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you have and place a separate order for the new product once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to preorder items, custom products, or personalized products.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
